Job Summary

To support cancer data management, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Registrar will collect, compile, and maintain demographic and clinical data on cancer cases diagnosed and treated at Providence facilities, working remotely while ensuring compliance with American College of Surgeons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain demographic, clinical, and follow-up data on cancer cases
• Extract data from various sources, including EPIC and Mosaic, for analysis and reporting
• Prepare information for state submissions and local analysis in compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• Two years of cancer registry experience in lieu of an Associate's degree
• Oncology Data Specialist certification from the National Cancer Registrars Association upon hire
• Minimum of two years of cancer registry experience
