Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Registrar will collect, compile, and maintain demographic and clinical data on cancer cases, ensuring compliance with American College of Surgeons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain data on all cancer cases diagnosed and treated at Providence facilities
• Extract data from various sources including EPIC and Mosaic for analysis and state submissions
• Prepare information for local analysis and dissemination in compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• In lieu of an Associate's degree, an additional 2 years of cancer registry experience
• Oncology Data Specialist certification from the National Cancer Registrars Association upon hire
• At least 2 years of cancer registry experience
