Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote LCSW - Intake, Therapy & Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans
• Provide therapy to adult patients with various diagnoses
• Offer case management services, including care coordination and referrals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW, Oregon license strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
• Proven experience in both intake and therapy settings
• Must have passed the ASWB examination
• Telehealth experience preferred
