Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker LCSW for a part-time, remote position during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mental health and wellness programs for caregivers and staff
• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic support for mental health concerns
• Engage in program improvement and collaborate with team members for effective care

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field
• At least 2 years of direct clinical care experience with behavioral health patients
• State-specific Clinical Social Worker License or equivalent certification
• Experience in providing ethical consultations in accordance with regulatory standards
• Certification in Mental Health First Aid is preferred
