Oregon Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - OR - LPC or LCSW - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians, including weekly group and individual supervision
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week
• Oversee documentation and coaching on professional and clinical development of resident clinicians

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing, residing in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah
• At least two years of experience beyond initial licensure for LPC or LCSW
• Completion of required supervision training and continuing education
• Competence in the clinical areas and populations served by the associate
• No dual or conflicting relationships with the associate being supervised
