Oregon Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to resident therapists, maintain a clinical caseload, and ensure documentation oversight while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians, including weekly group and individual supervision sessions
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 15 client sessions and 20 hours of clinical availability weekly
• Oversee documentation and coaching on professional development for resident clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon LCSW license in good standing with at least two years of experience
• Completion of at least 15 hours of training in supervision methods prior to supervising
• Ability to meet state regulatory requirements for providing supervision
• Competence in clinical areas relevant to the populations served by the resident clinicians
• No dual or conflicting relationships with supervisees
