Job Summary

To support patient care coordination, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Support RN will manage patient message triage through an electronic medical record system, focusing on reviewing and responding to patient portal messages in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient portal message queues and clinical inboxes
• Assess patient needs using clinical judgment and established protocols, prioritizing messages based on urgency
• Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to ensure timely patient care and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Oregon
• One year of patient care experience required
• Advanced knowledge and competence in skills related to patient care performance
• Strong personal work habits and self-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful team interactions
