Job Summary
To support the statewide and national implementation of therapeutic practices in early psychosis care, the full-time Oregon Licensed Clinical Trainer will provide clinical training, technical assistance, and consultation focused on substance use prevention and treatment, collaborating with diverse populations and community stakeholders both remotely and through potential travel.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical training and technical assistance in substance use prevention within early psychosis intervention service delivery
- Evaluate program effectiveness and integrate feedback to improve substance use prevention and intervention efforts
- Design and implement targeted program development and community education initiatives tailored to local needs
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and 5 years of clinical research coordination experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of adolescent and young adult development, evidence-based practices, and early psychosis intervention
- Experience with DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based treatment interventions for mental health and substance use conditions
- Trained in substance use differential diagnosis and treatment with a focus on culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches
- Oregon License or eligibility for licensing in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
