Job Summary
Providing pharmaceutical care to patients, the part-time Oregon Licensed Community Pharmacist will ensure the accurate preparation, storage, and distribution of medications while adhering to safety and compliance standards in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures safety and quality of care in all pharmacy operations
- Provides medication counseling, monitoring, and patient assessments
- Maintains accurate computerized medication profiles and oversees pharmacy technicians
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy
- Current registration by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
- Preferred: PharmD. or completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency training
- Preferred: Any certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)
- Preferred: Six months or more of retail pharmacy experience
