Job Summary
To enhance compensation strategies, the full-time remote Oregon Licensed Compensation Consultant will develop, administer, and analyze various compensation programs while ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structures
- Conduct job and market analysis to evaluate current and proposed compensation plans
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in developing internal compensation policies
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare or union environment (preferred)
