Job Summary
To support the development and administration of compensation programs, the full-time remote Oregon Licensed Compensation Consultant will conduct job and market analysis, develop compensation recommendations, and ensure competitive pay structures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, analysis, and implementation of compensation programs, including pay for performance and incentive plans
- Conduct research and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in developing internal policies for compensation-related programs
Required qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare or union environment (preferred)
