Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and assist in managing projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct company compliance activities by collaborating with stakeholders and documenting compliance efforts
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Assist in managing compliance components of projects by coordinating resources and project schedules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and analyzing regulatory impacts
- Proficiency in compliance management and project management
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
