Job Summary
To ensure adherence to regulatory standards, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and manage compliance investigations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct company compliance activities in collaboration with stakeholders and document compliance efforts
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key findings for management
- Assist in managing projects related to compliance, including coordinating stakeholder contacts and project schedules
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, regulatory development, or a related field
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing corrective action plans
- Knowledge of compliance management and regulatory changes impacting health care
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively
