Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and manage projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance activities and investigations, ensuring adherence to established regulations and standards
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts, identifying requirements and assessing current compliance states
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience with compliance management and project management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and health care industry standards
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
