Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and manage compliance projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance investigations and document compliance activities while collaborating with stakeholders
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Assist in managing compliance components of cross-functional projects and coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or a related field
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing compliance reports
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to monitor regulatory changes
- Strong project management skills and experience in cross-department coordination
