Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

To support compliance initiatives within the organization, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and assist with regulatory compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance investigations and document activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
• Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts, identifying requirements and assessing current compliance states

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or a related field
• Experience in project management and cross-department coordination
• Knowledge of compliance management and regulatory impacts
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data for compliance investigations
