Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and coordinate with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance activities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and documenting compliance efforts
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data, summarizing findings, and presenting key performance indicators to management
- Assist in managing projects by coordinating stakeholder contacts and supporting the development of project plans and schedules
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory development, or a related field
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and analyzing regulatory impacts
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance standards, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
