Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and assist with regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance investigations and document compliance activities while collaborating with stakeholders
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing key findings for management
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts by assessing current compliance states and creating or revising compliance standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing compliance reports
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to monitor regulatory changes
- Experience in project management and cross-department coordination
