Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and coordinate regulatory compliance efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance investigations and document activities by collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing data
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Assist in managing projects by coordinating stakeholder contacts and developing project plans and schedules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or a related field
- Experience in regulatory compliance and monitoring regulatory changes
- Ability to analyze and interpret compliance data and regulations
- Strong project management skills and experience in cross-department coordination
