Job Summary
To ensure regulatory compliance and support project management, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance investigations and document compliance activities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing potential risks and remedies
- Assist in managing projects by coordinating stakeholder contacts and developing project plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Ability to analyze regulatory impacts and monitor compliance adherence
- Experience in developing compliance standards, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and project management experience
