Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and coordinate implementation efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance investigations and document activities in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and risks
- Assist in managing projects and coordinating compliance components of cross-functional initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance standards and policies
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders
