Job Summary
To ensure regulatory compliance and manage compliance activities, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will develop compliance reports, conduct investigations, and coordinate compliance efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance activities by collaborating with stakeholders and applying regulations to strategic initiatives
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Assist in managing projects by coordinating stakeholder contacts and supporting the development of project plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing corrective action plans
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to monitor regulatory changes
- Strong analytical skills and experience in compliance management
