Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and coordinate project management efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance investigations and document compliance activities in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Assist in managing projects related to compliance efforts, including coordinating stakeholder contacts and project schedules
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience with regulatory compliance and monitoring regulatory changes
- Ability to develop and revise compliance standards, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and experience in compliance management
