Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and assist with regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct company compliance activities and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and standards
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Assist in managing projects related to compliance by coordinating resources and developing project plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory development, or a related field
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and analyzing regulatory impacts
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of compliance management and health care industry regulations
