Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and assist with regulatory compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance investigations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations
• Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
• Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts, identifying requirements and assessing current compliance states

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, regulatory development, or related fields
• Experience in conducting compliance investigations and analyzing regulatory impacts
• Ability to develop and manage project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of compliance management and health care industry standards
