Job Summary
To support compliance efforts, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and assist with regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance investigations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating data and summarizing key compliance drivers and performance indicators
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance efforts and assist in managing compliance components of larger projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and managing compliance activities
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compliance management
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively
