Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Compliance Consultant will conduct compliance activities, develop reports, and assist with regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct company compliance activities by collaborating with stakeholders and documenting compliance efforts
- Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing key findings for management
- Assist with project management by coordinating resources and supporting compliance components of larger projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory development, or a related field
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing corrective action plans
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to monitor regulatory changes
- Strong analytical skills and experience in compliance management
