Oregon Licensed Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance & QC Specialist to join their compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and manage daily pre-fund files for quality control review
• Handle NMLS and state licensing reporting and applications
• Review advertising materials for compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years in an office environment, preferably in banking, mortgage, regulation, or marketing
• Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, ECOA, the SAFE Act, and UDAAP
• Proficient with computers and familiar with social media and advertising channels
• Hands-on experience with mortgage QC platforms (preferred)
• NMLS individual and branch licensing administration experience (preferred)
