Job Summary
To support a growing psychiatric division, the part-time Consulting Psychiatrist (MD/DO) will provide high-quality outpatient client care and lead clinical training and quality assurance efforts in a remote, contracted role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and clinical evaluations for incoming psychiatric candidates while monitoring performance accountability and quality standards
- Act as the primary clinical point of contact for complex client complaints and quality-of-care disputes
- Deliver psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth, ensuring timely clinical documentation
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a specialty in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Oregon or willingness to obtain it
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration and Prescription Monitoring Program (PDMP) access
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing behavioral health care using evidence-based practices
- Must reside in an eligible U.S. state for contracting
