A company is looking for an experienced Controller to join their team on a 100% remote basis in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes for accurate financial reporting
• Manage corporate tax compliance and coordinate annual external audits
• Develop financial strategies and mentor team members to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial management and accounting roles, preferably as a Controller
• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and corporate tax compliance
• Familiarity with audit procedures and external audit management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and implementing solutions
