Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Ability to navigate multiple software systems effectively
Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a locking door
