Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Beaverton, OR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Emotional resilience and ability to multitask effectively
• Must have a wired, stable internet connection and a secure workspace
• Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts post-training
