Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor who will provide telephonic support to individuals in distress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
  • Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
  • Ability to multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems
  • Emotional resilience and ability to manage various call types, including crisis and administrative calls
  • Availability for remote scheduling, including weekends and holidays
