Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Bend, OR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while handling calls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Oregon residency required for this fully remote position
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free work environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
