Oregon Licensed Crisis Counselor

Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, intervene in crises, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely from Beaverton, OR.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver empathetic support to individuals in distress and engage actively with callers
• Conduct risk assessments and provide resources, coping strategies, and safety planning
• Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Oregon residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with reliable internet
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
