Job Summary

Providing compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers remotely, assessing their needs and delivering stabilization services while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress or seeking guidance
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Oregon residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
