Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with individuals in distress, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services while working remotely from Eugene, OR.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing emotional distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while using multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Oregon residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance
• Willingness to work regular availability on weekends and holidays
