Key Responsibilities

• Answer crisis helplines with compassion and document crisis contacts accurately
• Place follow-up calls and assist with rescue calls as needed
• Complete mandatory trainings and collaborate with coworkers to manage crisis contact flow

Required Qualifications

• Meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
• Knowledge of crisis intervention
• Ability to handle high levels of stress
• Proficient in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone system
• Strong attendance and punctuality
