Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to individuals in crisis, the full-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist will answer crisis helplines, document interactions, and collaborate with colleagues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer crisis helplines with care, following training protocols and organizational guidelines
• Document crisis contacts accurately in an electronic health record system and conduct follow-up calls as needed
• Triage crisis contacts and collaborate with team members to manage crisis flow effectively

Required qualifications

• Must meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to handle high levels of stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone systems
• Strong attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
