Job Summary

To support a growing crisis intervention team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist will answer crisis helplines with compassion, document interactions accurately, and collaborate with coworkers to manage crisis contacts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer crisis helplines and provide support in accordance with training and organizational standards
• Document crisis contacts promptly and accurately in an electronic health record system
• Place follow-up calls and assist with rescue calls as necessary, ensuring effective crisis management

Required qualifications

• Must meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to handle high levels of stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone systems
• Strong attendance and punctuality with the ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
