Job Summary
Seeking an Oregon Licensed Customer Service Rep, the full-time remote Customer Service Support Representative will provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries, educating clients on benefits, and assisting with care access while documenting interactions accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner across various communication channels
- Educate customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and provide guidance on self-service tools
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and route inquiries to appropriate departments as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and group health insurance is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
