Job Summary

Seeking an Oregon Licensed Customer Service Rep, the full-time remote Customer Service Support Representative will provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries, educating clients on benefits, and assisting with care access while documenting interactions accurately.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner across various communication channels
  • Educate customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and provide guidance on self-service tools
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and route inquiries to appropriate departments as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and group health insurance is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
