Oregon Licensed Direct Lending Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Lending Program Analyst (PA3).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the authority and technical expert for the Direct Lending Program, issuing bonds and lending proceeds for affordable housing development
• Lead the development and administration of the program, establishing standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Create and maintain program materials and provide consultative guidance to internal staff and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field, along with four years of relevant experience
• Alternatively, a combination of education and experience equivalent to seven years that supports the required knowledge and skills
• Experience in issuing bonds and managing lending proceeds for long-term financing
• Knowledge of federal financing programs related to affordable housing
• Strong financial analysis background and experience with affordable multifamily underwriting
