Oregon Licensed eForms Designer

Job Summary

Seeking an Oregon Licensed eForms Designer, the full-time remote Electronic Publishing Design Specialist 3 will coordinate, create, and support the production of eForms and printed materials while managing complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and oversee production of complex projects and outreach campaigns
• Serve as project lead, ensuring deadlines are met through collaboration with team members and external partners
• Troubleshoot digital solutions and coordinate the design and printing of major department publications

Required qualifications

• Six years of graphic arts production experience, including two years of technical consultation and project coordination
• Expert-level experience designing interactive PDF forms using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Proficient in software such as Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Designer
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Graphic Arts may substitute for two years of experience
