Job Summary

A company is looking for an ELSI Outreach Coordinator/Mentor Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and implement the mentor coaching framework for infant-toddler technical assistant specialists
• Co-develop resources and professional development opportunities for diverse infant-toddler educators and coaches
• Gather and analyze data related to coaching activities and evaluate the effectiveness of the mentor coaching framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Education, or a related field
• Experience working in diverse early care and education settings
• Demonstrated skills in project organization and teamwork
• Experience providing training or technical assistance to educators
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
