Oregon Licensed Energy Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an Oregon Licensed Energy Engineer, the full-time remote Energy Engineer III will manage measure development for commercial, industrial, and agricultural midstream energy efficiency programs, collaborating with engineering teams to create and maintain energy-saving measures.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to lead technical work supporting energy efficiency programs
• Author measure packages and develop cost-effectiveness analyses using various methodologies
• Provide QA/QC of engineering work products and review technical work for accuracy and sound engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, with 5-10+ years of experience in energy efficiency consulting or engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision
• Based in Oregon or the greater Western United States preferred
