Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Care Specialist - Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of families involved with Child Welfare
• Provide skill building and parent coaching while connecting families to community resources
• Attend meetings with ODHS and participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• 2 years of relevant experience (additional education may substitute for years of experience)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Reside in one of the counties being served
