Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Interviewer (PAS Revenue Cycle Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and assist patients with registration and financial inquiries
• Gather, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information for outpatient services
• Conduct insurance verification and financial screenings for patients, referring them to appropriate assistance programs

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a medical office setting or two years in a high-volume public contact position
• Basic computer skills, including word processing and keyboarding (minimum 40 wpm)
• Demonstrated working knowledge of insurances and benefits
• Experience in a high-stress environment with confrontational customer interactions
