Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Governance & Compliance Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support board and committee meetings, including materials preparation and agenda planning
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders on governance documentation and compliance matters
  • Assist in policy reviews and implement best practices to strengthen governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a commissioned Notary Public with working knowledge of governance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification or relevant post-grad experience preferred
  • 5+ years in a corporate governance role, with experience supporting senior leadership
  • Experience with board portals (e.g., Diligent Boards) and high accuracy in documentation
