Job Summary

Leading complex healthcare initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Healthcare Program Manager will manage program planning and execution, enhance member experience, and drive clinical outcomes while working remotely from Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of healthcare programs to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to establish priorities and coordinate resources for program success
• Analyze operational and clinical data to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for continuous enhancement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare or related sectors
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical programs, with experience in managing complex initiatives
• Proven ability to develop program metrics and performance evaluation methodologies
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex data and developing actionable recommendations
