Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant, responsible for providing strategic HR consulting and expertise in employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on complex employee relations matters
  • Support investigations of legal matters and promote best practices in employee and labor relations
  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HR policies
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation
